How to Share Location With Friends Using Facebook Messenger

Those of you who frequently plan meetups with your Facebook friends will be pleased to know that along with other interesting features, Facebook’s Messenger app will now allow you to share your location with your friends.

Assuming you have the latest version of Messenger installed on your device, you’ll be able to see a Location option available in the app’s More tab.

Upon tapping the Location option, a small map will appear at the bottom of the screen with the dot on the screen representing your current location. From here, all you need to do is tap on the "Share Live Location for 60min" button, and your location will immediately be shared to your friends for the next hour.

Once you’ve finally managed to group up with your friends, you can opt to stop sharing your location by tapping on the Stop Sharing button.
