Google Now Lets You Search For Fun Facts
Doing Google search for a subject isn’t exactly the most interesting task to do. Google itself are probably aware of that, as the folks behind the search engine have decided to make it a little more interesting by giving bits of trivia to people who use Google to search for fun facts about living things.
From this point forward, users can use Google to search for fun facts about a plant or an animal. All you need to do is enter a subject followed by the words "fun fact", and the first thing that appears once the search is complete is a piece of trivia that is accompanied by the source of information. For example, entering "cat fun fact" into the Google search box will give you this:

While Google didn’t explicitly explain why it has introduced the fun fact feature to the search engine, it is nevertheless rather entertaining to look up fun facts for all kinds of plants and animals.
