You Can Pin Websites to Your Android App Drawer Soon

Not all websites can be pinned to the app drawer as Google will be limiting this feature to websites that qualify as a Progressive Web App. However, if a website fulfills the criteria, said websites will be able to gain access to the standard Android notification management controls instead of Chrome’s notification management controls.
For now, the feature will only be made available for Chrome for Android beta. However, Google has expressed interest in making this feature available to all browsers on Android.
